Product Performance

 As the heat transfer medium ,this product is good electrical insulation and stability,low viscosity,high temperature resistance, long-term work in the temperature of -50℃~250℃ ,without Dried or melted. It is polysiloxane-based and high thermal conductivity fillers ,non-toxic tasteless non-corrosive, chemically stable physical properties,and high thermal conductivity.The ionization degree of thermal grease is 200℃.It is not cure in 200℃ ,not flowing.Fully meet the requirements of the EU ROHS directive.

Practical Process

Clean the surface of object waiting for coating, remove oil,squeeze the thermal crease and coat on the object directly.
